Intercompany Accounts Assistant

Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit an Intercompany Accounts Assistant for a Services business based in South Manchester. This is a great opportunity and has been the starting block for various people in the department who have since been promoted.

The role

• To liaise with shared support regarding purchase ledger and bank reconciliations investigating any unreconciled items.
• Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
• Intercompany query resolution with other company entities
• Manage and process Intercompany recharges
• Monthly revaluations for all Global Intercompany loan accounts
• Assist Management Accountant with month end reporting
• Assist Management Accountant with balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with compilation of year-end audit files
• Providing general support to the finance team
• Any other ad hoc duties where required

The person

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Medium / Advanced Excel skills
• Professional manner & confidence to communicate with senior people within the organisation
• Organised and proactive attitude
• Minimum qualifications - AAT studier
• Good team player
• Navision Experience
• Currency Exposure
