Finance Manager

This is a newly created role for a hands on Finance Manager within this established successful SME organisation. Due to retirement the role has been upskilled with the plan to grow the business further with which this key role will assist.

Reporting to the Director you will oversee a small long serving team

Key responsibilities include:
- preparation of monthly management accounts
- improve financial analysis
- provide Directors with information regarding existing business or future development
- foreign currency tracking
- budgets/forecasts
- VAT
- Reporting on all levels for 2 divisions
- sales analysis

You will be seeking a hands on role where you can add value, work on own initiative, think outside the box and assist driving the company forward for continued success.
Ideally qualified or qualified by experience your background should be within an SME. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.

There will be a handover of a minimum of 4-5 months during which time you can learn the business and fully absorb yourself in the various areas and their procedures.
