Senior Finance Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a market leading FTSE 100 company that offers excellent career opportunities and an exciting, dynamic working environment. This is highly visible role supporting the Finance Manager and Head of Finance.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Directly manage an Analyst who will support you in preparing key analysis to assess the e-commerce, third party and retail websites channels and provide financial support to the those areas
-Be responsible for producing regular reporting on retail trading, on a timely basis in advance of the weekly trading meetings and production of the channel targets
-Model complex and large quantities of data into succinct reporting outputs suitable for Finance and non-Finance colleagues
-Assist the Finance Manager of Distribution in making recommendations to the business on the basis of your analysis, to include views on discounting, commission incentives and other key selling tools
-Responsible for calculating an up to date view of net cost of retail across all channels, with an understanding of the variables that affect it
-Support the production of the monthly operational KPIs for main board and retail packs

What we are looking for:
-ACCA/CIMA Part qualified or finalist level (Ideally first time passes to date) and expecting to complete qualification within 12 months
-Candidates will have experience in a large/blue chip organisation (Retail/Leisure highly desirable)
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills working with large datasets
-Familiarity working with systems such as SAP
