Payroll Analyst
What you'll need to succeed
*Our client require a Payroll Analyst with strong consolidation/migration experience to document payroll calculations, test payroll elements and payrolls prior to consolidation.
*Acts as advisor to the transactional teams and Subject Matter Experts
*Works with Payroll Process Lead testing and implementation of Oracle payroll system
*Ensures data is clean and in the agreed reporting format
*Performs reconciliations of data between source system and Oracle
*Reports exclusions/errors in system data to Project Manager
*Assists with data validation.
*Experience of Oracle preferred
*Experience of payroll implementations and parallel runs
*Excellent excel skills - including tools to add comparisons (e.g. vlookups)
