Senior Finance Business Partner (Retail)

Stanton House are exclusively partnering with a leading consumer focused retail business in recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Directly supporting the Head of Commercial Finance you will be responsible for positioning yourself as the lead finance contact for the Retail Director and retail division of this business.

You will oversee management accounting and the budgeting, planning and forecasting processes annually. The Senior Finance Business Partner will be a key part of supporting business strategy so you will be able to have a significant impact from day one. This broad role covers a variety of areas so you must be able to plan and manage multiple work streams effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and driving performance on business KPI's though process improvements in order to support key decision making.

• Investigating opportunities to add value, providing recommendations, looking into both internal and external factors effecting performance.

• Developing and enhancing reporting and analysis and supporting the reporting team on a monthly basis.

• Producing analysis on an ad-hoc basis in order to meet constantly evolving business needs.

The Company are looking for an individual with a creative, problem solving mind and strong decision making experience.

You MUST be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with previous Business Partnering experience and the ability to communicate effectively with functions outside of finance. Strong Excel skills will support your application and previous exposure to FP&A Systems would be a benefit.
