Regional Management Accountant

Macildowie Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Regional Management Accountant to join a dynamic and fact paced business based in South Leicestershire. The business has seen double digit growth every year for the last ten years and is keen to add a new member of staff to its team. The role is based at the firms head office function and is commutable from all areas of Leciester / Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley, Northampton, Nuneaton, Rugby and Daventry.

The Regional Management Accountant role reports into one of the firms senior finance managers. You will have complete ownership of one of the firms accounting regions and produce full monthly management accounts, monthly board pack with supporting commentary, assisting with the production of budgets / forecasts and dealing with any proactive / reactive data requests from the business.

This is a commercial role and part of the role that involves supporting the none finance managers and budget owners with running their regions in a profitable nature - you will spend some of your time out in the business rather being behind a desk. The opportunity would be a great role for a candidate who is currently a Management Accountant and would like to further develop your commercial / business skills.

To be consider for this role you will need to a minimum of part qualified in either the CIMA or ACCA qualification & have 2 years experience of working in management accounts . You will have a passion for people and have great communication skills.

The client offers a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 plus benefits.
