In this role, you will play a key role in evaluation and management of business performance through data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. You will be responsible for providing, interpreting and presenting data to a very senior level audience. To be applicable for this role you will need to have strong Excel skills and a track record of demonstrating forward looking commercial accounting skills.

Description

  • Taking ownership of weekly and monthly business performance reporting
  • Providing comprehensive analysis of market share data to enable development of winning strategies
  • Performing regular customer and product profitability analysis and supporting sales team to review viability of promotional activities and new launches
  • Business partnering sales and marketing teams ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place
  • Supporting monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
  • Contributing to the production and maintenance of regular reporting tools and Corporate presentations
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests for stakeholders including the senior management team

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (preferably from Big4 and with industry experience)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to show attention to detail and identify trends/key issues
  • Strong Excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Ability to work flexibly and under pressure in a rapidly changing environment and produce deliverables to a high standard

Job Offer

£40,000 - £45,000
