Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team in Crawley
- Processing invoices in multi-currencies
- Matching invoices with purchase order
- Assist with month end
- Deal with telephone, email and postal queries from suppliers, ensuring that queries are resolved or passed on to the relevant person
- To reconcile statements on a monthly basis
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as requested
- Working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Investigating order discrepancies
- Managing and processing employee expenses
- Working towards daily and weekly deadlines
Profile
A successful candidate will have some experience with the above & be available on short notice.
Job Offer
£18,000 - £22,000
