Financial Accountant

Your new company
A leading reinsurance business is looking for a qualified accountant making their first move from practice into industry to join their finance team in central London.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Solvency II Pillar III reporting and performing financial control duties. You will also be accounting for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports. You will be working in a technical capacity with responsibility for IFRS and UK GAAP reports as well as preparation of US GAAP accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a practice trained ACA from a Top 6 practice. In your time in audit you will have worked on Insurance or financial services clients. You will need to be technically strong with a good understanding of technical accounting reporting standards.
