A high profile, Director of EMEA Shared Service Centre position has arisen, working with a highly respected, market leading organisation in Surrey.
This is a Senior Director role, reporting in to the Executive Director of the channel and is highly visible across the organisation. The position sits on various leadership teams globally, to assist the business with their constant approach to striving for best practice and delivering optimum efficient working methods.
Currently the SSC looks after Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay as well as Travel & Expenses and across the region, this role has 5 direct reports with a sizeable team reporting in to the DR's.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Finance Change & Transformation, be a visionary and progressive leader with a strong background in either an SSC environment, or large scale transformation projects.
A very exciting role, the successful individual will also be required to undertake some international travel to assist in developing global best practice.
An exceptional remuneration package is available, including a long term incentive plan.
