Regional Commercial Accountant / Finance Business Partner - £40,000 - £60,000

This is a brilliant accounting and finance job, with one of the regions biggest brand names. More than that, for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) it is a chance to shape a Finance Business Partnering role that is newly created.

As the Regional Commercial Accountant, you will be in a business facing role. 2 days a week, you will be out meeting your regional directors and business managers, helping them to improve the performance of their units. This is a truly commercial role. No month end here!

You'll take the business information and help non finance professionals to understand the business actions that need to take place. If that isn't finance business partnering, I'm not sure what is!

So what do you need?

You'll need to be professionally qualified and someone who loves being out in front of the business. Someone that likes to challenge assumptions, someone who likes to help people to improve their organisation.

More than this, you'll be a high achiever, you will have had solid career progression and you will demonstrate that you can drive performance. You are likely to be working as a business facing finance analyst, a commercial accountant or already in a finance business partnering role.

You will also have worked in large organisations. Whilst this role is all about the way you engage with people, you still need to have worked in a complex environment.
