Project Accountant

The SF Group are recruiting a newly created role for our high growth energy sector client. As the principle finance lead, this role will see you engage with senior project managers on project related costs and lead on the tracking of project progress through the defined life-cycle to ensure they are managed within budget. You will produce monthly project finance reporting, including budget and forecasting activities and develop procedures and processes regarding project set up.

There will be focus on identifying project costs (internal/external, OPEX/CAPEX), and applying the necessary accounting overview. You will also support the management accounting process, supplying & validating new & existing accruals for project costs. Key responsibilities will also include monthly project finance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and the relevant reconciliations.
