An opportunity has arisen working for a market leading, global organisation based in Surrey as the Manager of their UK Financial Shared Service Centre responsible for a team of up to 20 people. The FSSC provides transactional finance processing (Accounts Payable, Travel & Expenses, Record to Report (month end), Intercompany and Order to Cash services).
The successful candidate will have significant experience managing at a senior level in a shared services environment with detailed practical knowledge of core financial processes (AP, AR, Reporting General Accounting). They will be proficient in the leadership and development of people including managing a team with a good understanding and familiarity of KPI reporting. The person will be competent in change management specifically around building a shared service culture and have extensive experience using SAP for AP, AR and GL.
