Project Accountant

A world renowned Museum in London is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team for a year long contract. This is an exciting opportunity to business partner with the various departments within the museum and assist them with their financial management for a number of different projects.

Key Duties:
-Producing management accounts for month end
-Reviewing income and expenditure against budget on a regular basis and providing variance analysis
-Business partnering with budget holders to assist them with their project budgets and long term plans
-Assisting with year end preparation when required
-Ad-hoc duties

Essential Requirements:
-Must be studying towards ACA/ACCA/ CIMA/ CIPFA qualification
-Must have a strong academic background
-Must have experience of budgeting and forecasting with budget holders
-Must have strong communication skills
