HR Analyst

One of the Uk's largest Utilites companies are looking to recruit and HR Analyst with a good knowledge of HR and a solid analyst backgorund. The role will involve dealing with senior stakeholders througout the business as this position will be seen as the go to person for any HR data information.

Experience Required

Deliver reporting and Analytics in line with HR Analytics strategy Support HR leaders and HRBP's with all data/reporting/analytics related queries

Produce reports and Dashboards

- Able to take simple direction and translate into reports and dashboards through the manipulation of HR data in tools such as Excel to produce meaningful accurate output that is easily understood by the end user. Proficient at combining data from multiple sources with good attention to detail to minimize errors.

Produce Analytics

- Able to provide insights ainto Business and HR problems through the combination and manipulation of multiple People (and otherwise) related data sets. Uses HR process knowledge, Business understanding and HR data set knowledge to shape the analytical direction and suggest analysis to perform.

Consult with HR and Business stakeholders

- Uses knowledge of HR processes, business knowledge and Analytical expertize to consult with senor leaders in HR and the Business to produce targeted metrics and Analytics and to help solve Business problems.

Expert cummunicator

- Excellent communication skills; able to accurately describe difficult to understand terms and concepts as well as the ability to accurately determines stakeholder requirements.

Visually represent data/insights

- Proficient at provide concise visual representation of data and insights using a variety of tools. Aware of the need to deliver concisely without large amounts od data or slides and the importance of visualization in this regards.

Understand HR Processes =

- Understands key HR processes at a high level without being necessarily a SME. Able to understand how HR operates in order to better measure and produce targeted Analytics without relying on SME direction.

Manage HR Data

- Able to take ownership of various aspects of HR Data Management including; Data Assurance, Data Security, Data Privacy, Data Definitions. Act as Data advocate within the HR department and contribute to projects involving cross functional teams.

Business knowledge

- Able to understand business processes, shows an interest in the business and has a broad understanding of the company's business model and key drivers to success.
