Finance Manager

Multi Packaging Solutions was founded in 2005 with a vision to redefine full-service print and packaging. They are a market leader specialising in packaging solutions for the branded and healthcare markets. Having a presence in 3 continents, 13 countries with over 60 strategically located manufacturing sites. Due to continued growth they are recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team in Bourne. 

The Finance Manager will report to the Senior Finance Manager and take responsibly for the Bourne and Wrexham site’s finance functions, producing accurate, relevant and timely financial information for Senior Management, government and statutory bodies. Within this role, you will manage two members of staff so previous experience in managing a team is preferable but not essential. 

As the Finance Manager you will take responsibility for reviewing and analysing sales and production plans, formulating budgets, producing financial and management accounts as well as ensuring accuracy of outgoing financial information. 

The successful candidate will be either a part qualified or a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant experience gained within a manufacturing business, although candidates qualified by experience with will also be considered.

You will need to have awareness of costing and margins analysis as well as experience of working within a high value/high volume transactional environment. You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in presenting financial information and analysis to non – financial stakeholders.
