Strategic Project Manager

Corporate Strategy / Partnering CEO and Senior Directors / Commercial Role / 12 month Contract (minimum) / Automotive  / Blue Chip

Exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can work across company functions and global borders.  This company is a market leading automotive business, which prides itself on innovation and strategic planning with aspirational and ambitious goals.  A global company with a world wide remit - the successful candidate will have proven experience working at a senior level and can assess and manage key projects, develop and implement corporate strategy, partnering with CEO and Senior Directors and able to provide consultancy to key projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own key strategic projects and work streams
• Undertake strategic and financial analysis
• Project appraisals
• Scenario planning
• Reporting and decision support for Board level
• Develop commercial solutions and commercial reports for mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

• Previous strategy experience (minimum 2 years)
• Awareness of business case inputs
• Automotive industry experience
• Graduate with a professional qualification
• Project management and delivery
• Highly competent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
