Group Finance Manager

Highly successful owner managed entrepreneurial group operating across several diverse sectors is now seeking an exceptionally strong technical accountant to take responsibility for all statutory reporting, tax and treasury issues in a constantly evolving and complex business environment.  

Reporting to the FD key responsibilities will include;

• Statutory Reporting across the business that includes JV’s,  SPV’s and Group Structures
• Tax compliance, proactive research & planning for all aspects of corporate, shareholder and personal tax including  CT, PAYE, VAT, CIS, CGT & Inheritance Tax
• Treasury – managing cash resources across the group
• Assisting with management reporting, cost control, budgeting & forecasting

Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with extensive technical accounting and tax experience most likely gained in a small – medium sized professional practice supporting growing owner managed businesses. Critically you will have the tact, personality and organisational sensitivity to work effectively within a close knit team.
