Corporate Finance Assistant Director

An opportunity has arisen within an impressive, mid-market Corporate Finance Team, to work as a corporate finance director. This successful team is ideally situated within a firm which operates on a global scale and the right individual will be instrumental in maintaining the success of this well-established team.

The successful candidate will be working closely with key clients of the firm, advising on the full range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; disposals; MBO's; MBI's and equity raising. This will be performed through research into industries and market sectors. This role would be ideally suited to an existing corporate finance advisor who is either a more senior member of staff in their current team or who is at a managerial level. This role requires a qualified accountant, with ACA, ACCA or CA, as well as a strong record of deal completion in a lead advisory capacity. This experience will need to have been gained while working at either an international or national firm of accountants, or through working for a quality corporate finance house.

This rare opportunity will enable the successful candidate to utilise their excellent communication and influencing skills at board level, build their own network of contacts and contribute to the business development activities of the firm.
