Hays Senior Finance is recruiting on behalf of a high successful Investment Management organisation for the appointment of a Financial Controller. Our client is a fast paced dynamic firm with significant experience within their field with an award winning reputation across their customer base. As a result of restructure a newly created post of Financial Controller has became available managing a team of 3 and reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Your new role The Financial Controller will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts for the board of directors, budgeting, forecasting and developing financial systems and areas for improvement. You will be supporting the Finance Director across various projects, including project costing and delivery of client information and accounts preparation for businesses within the portfolio. You will be a key stakeholder within the team with an ambitious nature and drive to improve process across client accounting and adding value across financial and management reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant with exposure within a charted accountancy profession or property/investments role. You will be a proven manager with an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and passion for continuous improvement. The role holder will be an aspiring finance manager or experienced FC looking for a move within a respective field.
