My client seeks to appoint a seasoned qualified Accountant with substantial property sector experience , either as a property manager, or developer.
The CFO will lead a significant private equity backed group as it expands its operations by organic growth and acquisition , leading to an IPO in 3-4 years time.
The CFO will lead by example, establishing a robust framework for growth.
You will be a highly credible player in the sector and have worked for significant companies and be fully capable of leading a board and supporting the CEO.
