The client is a successful European manufacturing organisation with a UK Head Office based in Hull. Due to continued success an opportunity is available for a talented management accountant to join a fantastic accounts team. Description
As a Management Accountant you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Preparation of monthly management accounts alongside two additional accountants, budgets and forecasting, account reconciliation work, liaising with colleagues across both finance and non-finance departments to ensure accurate and insightful analysis is provided.
There are two positions available, with the opportunity for a more junior candidate (an Assistant Accountant) who has touched on month end to gain further experience.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards ACCA or CIMA - Essential
- Have management accounts knowledge - Essential
- Work well within a team - Essential
- Have strong excel knowledge (vlookups, pivot tables) - Essential
- Have a keen eye for detail - Essential
- Be comfortable presenting to senior management - Essential
Job Offer
Fantastic salary up to £35,000 + study support + discretionary pension (up to 10%) + 12% pension + 25 days holiday + private healthcare
