The Integration Manager position is a business critical role that will ensure the business integrates acquired businesses in a manner that maximises ROI.

A newly created position, you will have the autonomy to drive the key deliverables of this role whilst becoming an integral part of the growth strategy. Key responsibilities will be:

• Work with the Head of Integration to devise the integrate plan to ensure business targets are achieved and the strategy is delivered;
• Implement and drive appropriate performance metrics to ensure the tracking of revenue and cost synergies;
• Working with in-country teams, acting as Project Manager to deliver the integration within timelines and budget;
• Work with a multitude of functional leads to understand how the integration impacts their team and work-stream;
• Acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders and the acquired business to understand the nuances between the two;
• Working closely with the M&A team supporting with due diligence.

The successful candidate is likely to have worked in an advisory capacity before, potentially within the Big 4 and should have previous experience in Integration, Separation and led projects or programmes within a global business.  You will also possess the following:

• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change at an Executive level;
• Experience working in or advising matrix organisations on the integration strategy;
• The ability to work collaboratively in complex situations without losing sight of the end goal;
• The ability to manage a number of different projects concurrently;
• Proven experience working in or advising fast growth organisations.
