Senior Finance Project Manager
Pinewood, Wokingham
11 Months Contract
Up To £78 Per Hr
Job Purpose
To manage the integration of new company car fleets in Johnson & Johnson Finance Ltd outside the US.
Dimensions
Part of the Johnson & Johnson Finance UK Team.
Total Department based in UK approximately 10 heads.
Work with procurement, local finance, legal, tax and other technical teams.
Work with finance partners within the Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation based in the UK, Germany and United States of America.

Main Responsibilities
Implementation of new company car structure in Russia.
Project management of implementation.
Lead planning, understand scope and deliverables.
Develop project plans, manage budget.
Manage project resources and timelines for implementation.
Track deliverables and assure quality.
Evaluate project and assess result, providing documentation and feedback for future projects.
Compliance with J&J Records Retention rules and HCC/HCBI/IAPP requirements.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills required
- Project management qualification.
- Fleet procurement experience.
- Experience working in Russia.
- A strong understanding of cash flows and project analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to influence people at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience of SAP/Ariba.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Methodical approach with a commitment to accuracy & timeliness of implementation.
- Strong continuous improvement mind set.
- Nice to have:Russian Language
Assignment and Planning of Work
Considerable planning, management and involvement is required for implementation.
Sarbanes-Oxley, tax, legal and other requirements will define scope.
