Commercial Finance Manager

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance is currently working with a successful international business that is seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) to work as a Commercial Finance Manager. The role is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Your new role
The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the commercial areas of the UK business. You'll consistently deliver insightful financial reporting, analysis and decision support to a variety of stakeholders across the organisation. The role will be varied and interesting with key responsibilities including the management of a small team, customer profitability analysis, revenue accounting and reporting, analysis of terms, and supporting contract negotiations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong leadership skills. You'll have outstanding interpersonal skills and the proven ability to positively influence and challenge key business partners, whilst working jointly to recommend and implement solutions to complex business challenges.
