Senior Accountant (Real Estate)

A growing Real Estate group are looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of their accounting function


The business have gone from strength to strength in the last few years and have an excellent footprint in London's property market.

Taking a senior position within this growing team, the role will allow for you to step into a true Finance Manager role and enhance your skills as a people manager.

You will take responsible for monthly management accounting, trend analysis, statutory accounting, business partnering as well as a full integration into the budget and forecasting process.

What you'll need to succeed
Alongside being a qualified accountant, the chosen candidate will need to be capable of working with senior stakeholders and playing an advisory role to operational teams in order to enhance commercial output. Property experience would be desirable yet not essential, whilst an ability to command excel would allow for enhanced commercial input.
