Finance Business Partner

I am currently on the search for an excellent Finance Business Partner to join a market leading organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The role is ideal for a Finalist/Newly Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Candidate looking to add genuine value to the business, driving efficiencies and performance in key areas of the organisation.

The Finance Business Partner will deliver financial reporting and planning, contributing heavily to analysis of performance, and control. They must build robust relationships with key stakeholders to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Produce achievable long-term financial plans, annual budgets, financial projections, cash flow projections and other financial planning information.

Support the Senior Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance in development robust business models, including contribution towards development and maintenance of key processes

Develop and utilise a fundamental understanding of the business, its ability to perform effectively and the limitations the business faces - developing solutions.

Production of monthly and annual management accounts, analysing and reporting on key variances and performance indicators.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to be able to manage the working relationship and overall goal effectively.

Ad hoc, relevant duties as required

Key Attributes

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Finalist/Newly Qualified

Excellent communication skills

Experience producing Management Accounts, Analysis and Reports

Evidence of strong stakeholder relationship management
