Due to a recent restructure a vacancy has been created for a Financial Controller with experience of managing a small team or with the aptitude to do so.
This is an exciting position for an individual that wants to be part of a global brand with a strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- production of Management Accounts and Forecasting
- Improving financial processes and migrating and new business processes ( brought on by the parent company acquisition) to the central finance hub.
- Managing a team of three junior staff who are responsible for:
-- Transaction processing
-- Sales Invoicing/ Sales Ledger & cash management,
-- payroll
The person:
Essential:
- Qualified Accountant ( ACA or equivalent)
- Industry experience gained in Financial or Management Accounting position.
- Previous management experience or aptitude to do so
This position could suit a qualified Accountant with a few years experience gained in industry that is looking for a new challenge and to further their career.
