Commercial Finance Manager

My client, a Global FMCG business, who are going through a period of growth and development. They are one of the leading names in what they do and boast a collection of reputable brands. This role reports directly into the Group CFO and works closely with Brand Managers, the International Sales Team and IT.

Due to the ongoing expansion, my client is actively seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their finance team based in the heart of London.

As the Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Monthly P&L performance analysis vs budget.
- Reviewing accruals with brand and sales teams, as well as monthly overheads, to guarantee accurate reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting including group budgets, group labour costs and in assistance with brand and commercial teams.
- Lead liaison with internal/external auditors.
- Other ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- A Qualified Accountant with a minimum of two years post qualification experience or equivalent.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with excellent analytical skills.
- Solid background within technical accounting and knowledge of the fundamentals of management accounts.
- Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems adeptly.
- Advanced Excel user (Pivot tables and vLookups at the least)
