AxonMoore is working with a high growth business based in North Cheshire, looking to undertake the next phase of its expansion.
As a result of recent growth, the Group is now seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to be the lead person in finance within one of the Group’s subsidiary businesses.
The role will report directly into the Group Finance Director and will offer a great deal of autonomy for the successful individual to implement their own ideas and drive chance within the business.
In addition to ensuring the effecting running of financial and management reporting, this role will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the continued performance improvement and mentoring of junior staff members. The Management Accountant role will have the following duties but not limited to;
As a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA will all be considered), you will be a strong communicator and have a desire to genuinely affect change within a high growth business with dynamic culture.

- Produce company Management Accounts and submit to Group for consolidation.
- Responsible for preparation of budgets, actuals and forecasts for the business.
- Challenge and develop management reports to improve and support business understanding of financials.
- Closely work in partnership with members of the Finance management team.
- Management of Cash processing team of 4.
