We have been appointed to recruit for a fantastic HR Implementation opportunity within a hugely successful, internationally recognised business who offer a comprehensive range of solutions within the tech sector. Based in Chertsey, my client is seeking to appoint a talented HR professional who can support a portfolio of high profile business clients with their payroll implementations. Whilst the role will require some travel (fully expensed) to other locations, your own offices are modern and spacious, offering free parking and on-site restaurant and break-out rooms.
As Implementation Consultant, you will lead and work as a team in taking responsibility of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with your clients to understand their payroll and HR requirements, whilst working with the client on best practise solutions to understand their business issues and concerns. You will support the client during their Implementation journey, visiting when required, and ensure that the project is delivered accurately and on time.
You will be a strong and natural communicator, and enjoy networking with new and existing contacts. You will have the ability to influence and advise. An advocate of best practice, you will share knowledge and expertise with your colleagues, and act as the main point of contact when required.
