Financial Analyst

A high growth, AIM listed technology business are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team of 8 people to become a key business partner to the sales and marketing teams. The business is renowned for creating an agile workforce to cope with the demands of an ever changing landscape and this hire is no exception.

Reporting in to the Financial Controller, the Financial Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

*Provide Commercial Finance Support to the Financial Controller liaising with and supporting the key UK stakeholders including the Sales Director and Marketing & Propositions Director
*Analysis and review of financials to provide insight on key drivers and underlying trends to help inform management decision making working in collaboration with the Strategy team
*Performance of post investment reviews for any propositions, offers, capex, marketing and other investments impacting the business
*Financial support for business cases supporting transformation across the business ensuring the appropriate level of challenge is provided
*Ad-hoc analysis to understand business drivers and resolve issues

The Financial Analyst will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with a background in TMT however ACA candidates will be considered if they have commercial experience in industry. Key attributes include the ability to influence senior stakeholders, an inquisitiveness to constantly challenge the status quo and creative/innovative thinking.
