Payroll Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a prestigious and well established Accountancy Firm in Sheffield. They have a bureau function consisting of approximately 1200 clients which they require an experienced Payroll Manager to control and manage from start to finish as well as overseeing 5 staff across 2 sites.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

*Full end to end payroll process for a wide range of clients
*Completing SSP/ SMP/ SPP, P60s/ P45's as well as NI and tax contributions
*Auto Enrolment and working with RTI
*Dealing with Inland Revenue
*Processing any overtime/ adjustments/ deductions
*To ensure that payroll queries are dealt with in a timely manner
*Coordinating the Payroll workload in order to meet strict payroll deadlines
*Ensure that all work is fully reconciled and adherence to process is maintained
*Ensuring all payroll records are accurately maintained and that any anomalies are identified, corrected or reported
*To ensure full and complete reconciliations of all payrolls and outputs

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently looking for individuals with the following skills and experiences:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience within a payroll position and up to managerial level
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent PC including Microsoft Office
- Influencing abilities
- Good communicator
