UK Financial Controller

We are currently recruiting for a qualified accountant with manufacturing experience to join a growing business based near Tewkesbury. This fantastic UK Financial Controller role will take full responsibility for the day to day operations of the finance function and internal controls along with financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation and forecasting. Alongside day to day operations you will be involved in all major pricing projects and planned investment along with M&A support, bids and tenders work and investment appraisal. With experience of leading a small team you will have excellent people skills and be an individual who motivates and delivers on what you say. This is a role that would suit someone wanting to become FD in the next 5 years and experience within the manufacturing sector at an influencing level is a pre requisite.
