Robertson Bell Finance are working exclusively with a restorative charity based in London. We are recruiting for an Interim Finance Officer to join a dynamic and fast paced team. This role is due to last for a period of three months on an interim basis, before transitioning to permanent appointment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role is responsible for the day to day finance duties including undertaking the monitoring and recording of petty cash; balance sheet reconciliations; completing accruals and preparing journals; internal payroll process; monthly completion of management reports; and be responsible for the purchase ledger and sales ledger tasks for the organisation.
The successful candidate needs to be driven and passionate in the work they do, with a flexible approach to make a contributing effort to support a small finance team. Be a strong communicator with the ability to convey finance information to non-finance staff. Having experience of Xero would be advantageous for this role. Previous charity sector experience is essential.
