My client, a thriving Kent based organisation who have an international presence, is recruiting for a SOX Control Auditor to assist with the performance of the ongoing SOX compliance program, as well as being involved in the implementation of SOX into any new businesses acquired by the group.
Responsibilities will include:
-Perform testing of controls and assess design and operating control failures
-Connunicate controlled deficiencies and assist in the development of remediation plans
-Faciliate required remediation and follow these up to ensure they have been properly implemented
-Assist with the co-ordination of internal and third party SOX audits
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with exposure to SOX and US GAAP to join an exciting and ever-changing organisation. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, as well as strong analytical skills.
