Interim Senior Client Accountant

Our client is a well established and highly regarded name in the property industry. Based in the heart of Birmingham with other offices based around the UK and Europe they have an amazing presence and have become a dominating player in their industry. Due to substantial growth and following internal promotion they are looking for an Interim Senior Client Accountants. You will work directly with the Associate Director and will be tasked with leading a small team of Client Reporting Accountants and Reporting Analysts. You must have proven experience working in a similar role and have a property industry background as you will be required to pick up this role quickly.

Ideally, you will:

• Be ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified with post qualified experience with a background in property and client accounting
• Have a proven track record for managing team and the ability to delegate work whilst ensuring tight deadlines are adhered to
• Have experience in assisting with internal and external audits of financial information, procedures and controls
• Be comfortable working with the Associate Director to help implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client accounting and reporting operations

• Have the autonomy to manage your own workload and work with an experienced team to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have worked in a similar role and a similar industry previously.
