Financial Controller job for a property business based in the west end £60-70k


I am recruiting a Financial Controller job for a property business based in the west end £60-70k.

The key purpose of this role You will be responsible for the delivery of a proactive, commercial and management accounting function globally ensuring a pro-active approach to delivering robust and effective commercial analysis, guidance and driving continuous improvement

You will be reporting into the Finance Director supporting the preparation of the monthly financial results and presenting them including providing commentary to the CFO and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting & Project Cash Flow Management
• Liaising with the investment team to build operational models post acquisition and set up annual budgets. This will cover both operational assets and assets under development.
• Assist the FD in connection with acquisitions and disposals
• Work with the commercial team to analyse and assess the impact of different development scenarios on returns.

You must be ACA qualified with at least 1 year industry experience working within large corporate business, ideally you will come from a similar business background.
