Project Budget (FP&A) Controller

As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” investor & real estate services to an international client portfolio. Following a complex global transformation & integration programme resulting from a merger of two international businesses, a 6 to 9-month assignment exists for an experienced Project Budget Controller – MI Financial Modelling to support an EMEA division & Business Unit. Driving budget & MI stakeholder engagement and communication around the “Client Accounting” finance BPO transformation programme being rolled out to the remaining (UK is the pilot) EMEA countries whilst directly supporting the CFO. your key responsibilities include:

•Driving budget & MI stakeholder engagement and communication around the “Client Accounting” finance BPO transformation programme being rolled out to the remaining (UK is the pilot) EMEA countries whilst directly supporting the CFO
•Building, improving the “Project Budget” model to budget & forecast project outputs, control costs & report KPIS’ effectively to multiple stakeholders 
•Deliver active input into EMEA project decisions based on outputs from “Project Budget” model
•Extensive involvement in BPO transformation budgeting & forecasting by country, market and client
•Cash flow forecasting based on “Project Budget” model & actual outcome
•Development of scenario analysis & recommendations based on business situations
•Adapt to constant changes in KPI’s, forecasts and strategy to help drive correct decision making

As an experienced Project Budget Controller - Financial Modeller with significant relevant financial modelling experience gained within an international blue chip environment, you will be adept at using complex Excel models to advanced level and demonstrate a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis (FP&A) alongside commercial flair, an eye for detail and the ability to develop robust relationships with key stakeholders.
