Global agency experiencing double-digit growth. It is expanding into new territories overseas and has recently made several acquisitions in the UK. The UK business remains the powerhouse of the operation and is looking for a Treasury and Operations Manager.

They are looking for an experienced accountant who is available at short notice and looking to join a fast-paced, high-growth finance team.

You will have experience of managing the banking operations of the business and forecasting the cash requirements. You will be diligent, reliable and give management confidence with your cash forecasting abilities. You will have experience of managing the day-to-day operations of a growing finance department. You will be able to successfully manage and develop your team (AR & AP), setting goals and KPIs.

What you'll be doing:

• Main point of contact with bank, managing ID facility and foreign currency accounts
• Maintain and develop cash forecasting for UK business
• Lead, manage, coach & inspire the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams
• Ensure timely completion of VAT return, Intrastat & EC Sales List
• Manage finance leases
• Ensure compliance on expenses, VAT reclaimed etc.
• Monitor and advise on FX exposure
• Reconcile intercompany accounts

What you'll need:

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Experience of managing banking ID facility is ESSENTIAL
• Experience leading, developing & transforming teams and driving performance
• Experience of high-growth businesses
• Excellent cash forecasting abilities
• Expert excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Works well in a team and able to engage with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
