Commercial Finance Manager

A private equity backed business in the travel & leisure sector with ambitious growth plans is looking to recruit a Commercial (FP&A) Manager  due to an internal promotion. Reporting to the Head of Finance this represents an excellent opportunity to partner with the business and drive improved business intelligence, putting finance at the heart of decision making.

 

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with departmental teams, providing technical and analytical support
• Work with the functional directors in the development of new initiatives
• Develop a rigorous process of accountability for investment decisions and spend
• Manage the delivery of a consolidated view of the group wide financial planning
• Influence and create processes to understand business performance and present the information to the operational teams
• Work directly with CFO and Chief Marketing Officer to deliver new MI reporting
• Create a financial models to simulate business scenarios

 

 

 

Applicants must be ambitious, fully qualified accountants with strong MI, FP&A or analytical backgrounds. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is proven experience of driving and delivering change within a fast paced environment.
