Associate Director

Robert Half are exclusively recruiting for a large real estate & property investment company based in Central London at present. Leading a large team, this person should be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with a number of years post qualified experience in a managerial role.

Prepared to be hands on, this role will include:

· Overseeing the recruitment, retention and motivation of employees in order to develop committed, high performance, client-focused teams
· Oversee relationships with clients and with external suppliers
· Work with the Director and other Associate Directors of Client Accounts in preparing, developing and delivering the business plan to service internal and external clients
· Support surveying teams in tenders for work and the pricing of instructions and actively assist in winning new business

Person Profile:

· Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA with a number of years post qualified experience in industry
· Managing a team of at least 5 at present
· Experience of hiring & appraising a team

Salary & Benefits:

On offer for suitably qualified candidates is a base salary of £60,000- £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
