A rapidly growing global engineering consultancy business is looking for an Interim UK Head of Finance to run its UK finance operations, based London, £400-£450 per day.
Supervising a small team and running end to end finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the BAU financial reporting (management/statutory accounting, month end close, budgeting & forecasting) as well as working at a highly commercial level with the office and engineering teams on a large number of projects.
The successful candidate:
- Qualified accountant with prior management experience
- Must have previous experience of working within manufacturing/construction/engineering sectors
- UK GAAP / IFRS knowledge
- Experience of working in large international business would be highly advantageous
- Proven track record of working in tandem with non-finance teams to achieve key deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Driven, team player committed to adding value to the business and delivering on key targets
