Credit Controller

my client is nationwide leading publisher and due to growth in the organisation they are seeking a junior Credit Controller to join the business - Must have at least one year minimum experience with in Credit control and chasing debt.

Based in central london, working in a fantastic friendly environment, you will be an established credit controller with a minimum of a years experience, who considers themselves as a self starter motivating by performace and productivity and be happy to talk to various clients on the phone to chase debt- you will have steady progression with in accountancy and finance, keen to learn more with in credit control and processes, and come from a background of Media/Publishing

Responsabilities:

• You will be making 30 plus call a day.
• Responsible for live accounts
• Customer Service
• Responsible of a ledgers
• Dealing with invoice values ranging from £50 to £100,000+
• Dealing with mainly UK clients
• Running Credit checks
• Query resolution - which will involve working with the billing team, client services or Account Manager
• Working with the team to bring down the DSO
• Chasing clients for purchase orders where requires
• Attention to detail.

EXTRAS

• You will have a minimum of 1 years experience with in the media/ Publishing industry.
• You will posses the ability to work towards tight deadlines and work towards KPIS and targets.
• Ideally you will come from a Media/publishing background who wants to gain more exposure in a fast paced, dynamic company.
