Finance Director

I am currently working with a multi-national business, they are looking to recruit a divisional Director to join there established and well respected firm. The Finance Director will report into the CFO and be a key member of the finance function. The Finance Director will manage a small team and take on full responsibility for all Statutory Accounts, Reporting, planning and forecasting for the region. You will also be responsible for all long-term financial planning and key commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Leading, setting and managing the Financial reporting timetable for the Region
 Management of cash-flow, P & L and balance sheet for all businesses within the Region
 Consolidation of Monthly financial reporting
 Monthly balance sheet, working capital and cash analysis
 Annual Statutory Accounts including multi-entity
 Actual vs. budget variance analysis and cost monitoring
 Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Group accounting policies and, where appropriate, assisting with the drafting of said policies.
 Responsible for all business case reviews and analysis for major capital projects
 Key business partner to the MD and Group CFO

The successful candidate will be trained from the Big 4 with over 6 years post qualification experience, preferably in service business sector. Previous experience of being an FD (Finance Director) reporting in detail to a board.
