Role - Finance Manager Location - Northampton Salary - £27,000 to £32,000 and additional benefits
Frazer John Recruitment Finance Division is exclusively recruiting for a leading UK logistics organisation in their search for a Finance Manager to be based at their Northampton office.
The Finance Manager will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or actively studying towards a qualification. Experience of producing management accounts is absolutely crucial and any exposure to managing a small team would be beneficial although not essential. A history of working within a distribution business would be preferable although not crucial. The ability to form strong relationships with non-finance personnel will also be critical. Key duties for the role will include:-
- Production of monthly managements accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Review and improve KPI analysis
- Managing a small finance team
- Ad-hoc project work
