Head of FP&A

Your new company
A well established financial service business with impressive growth over recent years are currently looking to recruit for a Head of FP&A to be based from their West Midlands Head Office.

Your new role
In this role you will lead a small team in the development of strategic and operational planning and management reporting capability. You will also establish processes and controls in support of the commercial development of the wider business. The post holder will influence the design and implementation of planning and forecasting processes and will also develop excellent group MI to aid the Board and Executive Committees in their decision making. You will pro-actively business partner with key leaders across the business and will take ownership of product pricing policies. In this role you will also support senior management in the evaluation and assessment of M&A opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a proven track record in Financial Services and experience of financial modelling and product pricing in an FS environment. M&A activity experience is desirable along with regulatory experience.
