Finance Business Partner

The SF Group are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner for our Warwickshire based client on a permanent basis. The relevant candidate will possess excellent commercial experience with solid business partnering experience. You will be looking at costing, producing the management accounts and reporting complex financial data to senior stakeholders. This position represents a fantastic opportunity to make your mark within the department. Also, you will manage the end to end accounting process to include the implementation and delivery of all financial policies, processes and procedures and, via delegation, the AP/AR function.

The successful candidate will be a part/qualified accountant and have good business partnering experience. You must have a proven record of dealing with non-finance personnel, ensuring they understand their financial commitments. You will be a confident communicator as to liaise confidently with the FD and Board and have experience on streamlining financial processes in order to simplify year/month end timescales.
