Your new role
This is a new position that has been created due to company change and expansion. Reporting in to a Regional Managing Director, they are looking for a Finance Manager to support operational teams with commercial performance, risk management, financial planning and analysis. Partnering with the business, building relationships and educating stakeholders to understand reporting and highlighting trends in order to meet budget plans. It is covering a range of locations across central UK from Wales to East Anglia. The position will involve spending 50% of the time on the road travelling to multiple sites, but the remaining time will be spent working from home.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person will be fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a demonstrable track record working in a commercial role of similar stance, partnering with non-finance stakeholders at all levels. Experience of working in a complex organisation with multiple channels, is key along with proven, recent skills in a commercial finance partnering role. Personal qualities required include credibility, strong commercial acumen, creative problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills. A high level of competency working on MS Excel is a must.
