I'm recruiting for a well establish business in Worcester who are looking for an AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified Accountant. The role of Management Accountant is ideal for someone who has completed their AAT qualification on top of 12-24 months experience in management accounts, or a part qualified Accountant looking to develop their skill set after University. The Management Accountant will be pivotal in providing management reports and key financial information to senior stakeholders within the business. You will also provide analysis and commentary on performance. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of detailed Monthly Trial BalanceAccurately control cash book, bank reconciliation and associated ledger postingsProduce accurate accrual and prepayment and sales provision schedulesOversee and maintain the nominal, sales and purchase ledgerManage the fixed asset registerEnsure the control accounts are correctly reconciled, investigating and ammending issuesSome travel to other sites required - irregular but necessaryAny relevant ad hoc work supporting production of management accounts Key AttributesAAT Qualified or Graduate moving onto ACCA/CIMAIdeally 12-24 months management accounts experienceFull UK Driving License and preferably access to own vehicle
